Show # 8 – After Xmas
Ξ December 27th, 2007 | → 2 Comments | ∇ Podcasts |
Just a little show in the car on the road today as I do some post Christmas errands. I chat about the new movie “National Treasure: Book of Secrets” that I saw today with my friend Mark. I liked it quite a bit. These are a fun series of movies. Then I talk a little about some Christmas things I received and the fun of spending holiday gift cards. I wrap up the show at the end with how after Christmas is sort of like the relaxing time after a wedding at a reception. The tough part is over and now we can all relax. Oh and email me your New Year’s resolutions – if you do that sort of thing. Until next time, enjoy the rest of 2007!
Songs on this show:
Intro – “Aurora†– by Lapush
Outro – “Baby, it’s Cold Outside†– by Leon Redbone & Zooey Daschanel

Great Podcast Rico. I also enjoyed National Treasure Book of Secrets, thought it was a lot of fun, and really gets me excited for the next Indy Movie.
The stores after christmas can get a bit crazy as well, in Canada, the week after Christmas they have some really big sales, and the electronic stores like Bestbuy open at 6:00 am on the 26th, and have door crasher sales. A lot of stock they actually hold in the back until the 26th.
Agree that people in big vehicles can be some of the worst drivers. Usually when bad weather comes, most of the vehicles ditched are usually guys in 4 wheen drive trucks and SUV’s, as they tend to drive to fast for the conditions and do not make any consideration for anyone else.
I like your on the road podcasts, keep them up.

Glad you liked the show Jeff. Yeah, some people need to go back to driving school! 😉
