Yes – I’m back folks. After a longer time than I would of liked I’m back with another brief podcast that explores the recesses of my mind. First off, I was sick for a couple of weeks so got kind of behind on things. But I’m feeling good now and had a little time on my drive home today to record a new show for you. This time out I discuss something we all do every night – and that’s dream. I know not everyone has dreams they recall very well, but I’ve always been a pretty active dreamer when I sleep. I’d say about half the time I have some sort of dream that I remember the next morning. Mostly they are nice and fairly harmless dreams. But I have had some nightmares on a rare occasion. I discuss how I used to make myself dream certain things when I was a kid growing up. Later on in life my dreams tended to just be the typical what was on my mind at the time I went to sleep. I’ve had some classic type dreams like flying ones too. I share a few of my more memorable dreams that I have had. Hope you enjoy the podcast and please comment here or email and let me know about your dreams.

Songs on this show:

Intro – “Together in Electric Dreams” – by Giorgio Moroder with Philip Oakley

Outro – “Electric Dreams” – by PP Arnold

Great podcast again Rico. As i’m getting older my dreams tend to have more of a surreal based theme to them. When i was younger man i had some great dreams, mainly to do with being superman, mind you wonder woman crept in a few times but we won’t go there ha ha. What i tend to do now is i have a pad and pencil next to my bed and as soon as i wake up (if i remember straight away) i write the dream down. I then use these ideas for sketches for the comedy show or for the films we write. Of course your dreams are from your brain filing away the days information, hence you get bits of reality in the stories or scenes. Try writing your dreams down especially if you wake during the night and see what strange things you have wrote down.
